If you strive to apply yourself and good principles to your goal achievement in everyday matters, this will not escape notice of your counterparts and those you mentor. Your word will carry weight because your deeds coincide. However, be careful not to display a double standard. It can breed results hazardous to what you can achieve. As a result, your counterparts and mentorees may be more inclined to weaken faith in you. You must realize that people are paying attention, no matter their reason; therefore, it would be an extreme oversight to display an attitude of only caring about goal achievement and/or pursing goals that only satisfy you monetarily but be a mentor that displays values that satisfies spiritual values. Self satisfaction is important but inner peace is priceless. It breeds the kind of peace of mind that’s irreplaceable and the shear sensation of relief. A positive attitude and principles shines through all the time, whether you are aware of it or not.

Strive to cultivate the proper attitude, pay attention to you because you’re the only one you can change, and watch things transform.
